The following WARRANTIES will commence on the date of possession, as defined on the Ontario New Home Warranty Certificate:

  • Everything is covered for one (1) full year by Nor-Built

  • Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing for two (2) years by Nor-Built

  • Major structural defects for seven (7) years by Nor-Built
