The following WARRANTIES will commence on the date of possession, as defined on the Ontario New Home Warranty Certificate:
Everything is covered for one (1) full year by Nor-Built
Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing for two (2) years by Nor-Built
Major structural defects for seven (7) years by Nor-Built
Lifetime warranty against basement leaks due to defects in workmanship by the manufacturer's warranty. (Rub-R-Wall)
