It's hard to believe that our "First Anniversary" in our new home has arrived. We wanted to send this letter to you and your staff, extending our thanks for making the transition so seamless.

From our initial meeting and house plan decision, right up until our promised possession date, every single step was a pleasure. Your staff and trades people were all very knowledgeable, professional and certainly patient with our never-ending questions. What we particularly found simplified was the one stop shoppping right in your showroom - with Marie's guidance we were able to make great decisions on cabinetry, flooring, hardware and appliances without having to spend precious hours running around town.

We strongly feel that your business association with Deerbrook 1st is a unique one. Jason had our previous home sold in TWO days and that certainly made the decision of building a reality.

A new home is a big investment and we are proud to say that we are totally satisfied with what was delivered - a quality product at an affordable price!
